In 2008 Crystal Manich along with collaborators Avi Stein and Wesley Chinn started Opera Omnia, a company that produces 17th and 18th century baroque works in English translation.  The inagural production was Monteverdi's The Coronation of Poppea followed by Cavalli's Giasone in 2011, both of which received wide critical acclaim.  Opera Omnia's mission is to emulate baroque performance practice by presenting works in intimate and casual settings.  The company produced a very successful production of The Return of Ulysses that was hailed as "imaginative" by the New York Times. It was performed at the Baryshnikov Arts Center in New York City from September 10-12, 2013.
